A New School Year

Hope you have had an awesome summer! I have truly enjoyed visiting the Smokey Mountain National Park, the Blue Ridge Mountains, instructing a 4 session class in surrealism at ASU and a recent first trip to Sisters OR with my sister for the largest outdoor quilt festival! All that to say I have found new inspiration and working on several new works all at the same time. Deadlines are looming and of course many students are on my roster for the coming year! I have the joy of teaching a 100 high school seniors and I get to continue working with my exceptional students mornings and late afternoons. A goal I have this year is to create an adult fiber art class lesson in conjunction with Quiltcon in Phoenix; my layer and cut technique that is what I mostly use when working in fiber. So stay tuned for new works and classes.
